Sur-Ron Minimoto Conversion
A Sur-Ron Light Bee transformed into a minimoto supermoto — stripped down and rebuilt with a custom CNC aluminum swingarm, supermoto bodywork, race slicks, upgraded suspension, and red anodized brake calipers.
Overview
A Sur-Ron Light Bee electric bike completely stripped down and rebuilt as a minimoto supermoto race bike. The stock Sur-Ron bodywork and wheels have been removed and replaced with custom supermoto fairings, small-diameter wheels wrapped in slick minimoto race tires, and a full suite of performance upgrades.
Chassis & Suspension
The frame retains the Sur-Ron’s electric drivetrain but has been fitted with a CNC-machined aluminum swingarm and a fully adjustable rear shock with red anodized reservoirs. The front end runs upgraded inverted forks. Red anodized CNC brake calipers handle stopping duties at both ends.
Bodywork & Styling
Custom white supermoto-style bodywork replaces the stock Sur-Ron plastics, giving the bike a proper race-ready silhouette. A flat seat, integrated LED tail light, and a small front number plate complete the look. The overall aesthetic is clean and minimal — black frame and components contrasted against the white fairings.
Drivetrain
The electric motor drives the rear wheel through a gold chain and sprocket setup. The compact electric powertrain keeps the weight low and centered, making for an agile minimoto platform.
